This website does not currently collect personal information through forms, accounts, or cookies. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard server data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance purposes, in line with typical web hosting practice.
Photo and Media Consent
Photos and video of students that appear on this site, including the Photo Gallery, are published only with written parental or guardian consent on file.
If you would like a photo removed or wish to withdraw consent, contact us at harmonyartsprogram@outlook.com and we will remove it.
Registration and Future Communications
Registration for programs is currently handled through Permission Click, a third-party registration platform - please review their privacy practices separately when you register.
Any future email communications from Harmony Arts Program, such as registration confirmations or program updates, will comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), including a clear way to unsubscribe.
Future Parent & Staff Portal
A parent and staff portal is planned for a future release. Because it will collect and store personal and payment information, it will be governed by its own, more detailed privacy policy at that time.
Licensed Materials and Copyright
Character names, logos, and artwork for productions such as Disney's Moana Jr. and other Music Theatre International (MTI) or licensed titles are used under license from their respective rights holders and remain the property of those rights holders.
